We take pride in the quality and freshness of all our food products. Due to the nature of perishable goods and of health and safety reasons, we maintain a strict All Sales Final policy.

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

* Taste and Preference: We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges simply because a customer does not like the taste of a food item, not pick up order or changes their mind. Taste is subjective, and we encourage customers to review the ingredients and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

* Order Accuracy and Quality Issues: Refunds or replacement will only be considered in the event of an error on our part, such as:

- Incorrect item received (wrong dish).

Any such claims must be reported immediately upon receipt of the food.

By placing an order , the customer acknowledged and agrees to this policy.
